WHY SHOULD I USE THE VENDOR PORTAL? WHAT CAN I ACCESS ON IT?

A: Submit cost changes via the TFF Vendor Portal— “Cost Changes” module
Q: Where do I submit deals/allowances?
A: Submit allowance for Flyers, Ad Bulletins, Customer Specific, Corporate via the TFF Vendor Portal — “Manage Allowances” module
Q: Where do I go submit a new item request?
A: Submit new item requests via the TFF Vendor Portal — “New Item Requests” module
Q: Where can I get copies of my invoices and back-up?
A: The TFF Vendor Portal — “Vendor Invoices” gives you access to invoices related to Allowances, Samples, Co-Op Ads, Demo’s along with the back-up.
Q: I have questions about deductions.
A: The TFF Vendor Portal — “Vendor Invoices” gives you access to invoices related to Allowances, Samples, Co-Op Ads, Demo’s along with the back-up.
Q: How do I submit images?
A: Images for new items should be submitted at the same time as a new item request is submitted, via the TFF Vendor Portal — “New Item Requests” module.

A: Tony’s Fine Foods has become the largest privately owned distributor of Deli, Bakery, Food Service, Specialty, and Perishable products in Northern California. To learn more about becoming a new vendor at Tony’s, please select one Category Director below and send them an email requesting more information. If you have items that fall under several categories, please select one Category Director and they will guide you through the next appropriate steps.

A: No problem. Simply select one of the Category Directors below and send an email. They will guide you through the next appropriate steps and inform you of their roles in helping sell your products.
